JUut read an article on walking that suggests it boosts blood flow to your legs which helps to fight Peripheral artery disease (PAD), hardening of the artieries.  It says, you can see results in 6 months.

I love to walk but I don't have the time in the day to get it done. I solved this problem with a treadmill desk. You walk while you work without sweating and feel energized by the end of the day. I recommend you Google Treadmill Desk and see the options out there. I personally like the TrekDesk. It is affordable and very well designed to fit almost any treadmill.
