I checked out some of the ways to get rid of items that I normally throw away and was pleased to discovered I could recycle so many things. The first thing I am going to do is send all of my old tennis shoes to the Nike recycling center. Something I have always hated throwing awy but didn't know what else to do with them.

I throw out hardly anything now, but this will help eliminate the last syrofoam and #3-6 plastics that our recycling center doesn't take. Thanks.
