Natural Remedies for UPSET STOMACHS

 

Ginger is a great remedy for tummy upsets, motion sickness, morning sickness and gas because it increases digestive fluids, neutralizes stomach acid and reduces stomach spasms. Take in tea, candy or capsule forms. Note: Pregnant women should limit intake to 2 cups of ginger tea or about three pieces of ginger candy per day.

When I was pregnant, I tried ginger and it only make me feel sicker and then my sister-in-law suggested the white tic-tacs.  She emphasized that only white would do.  When I picked them up, I realized that the white ones were mint.  Now my son gets car sick a lot, so I keep some in the car and it has not failed us yet!
