back to basics

I understand that people want to believe in something and want to take a drink, shot or pill that will help them with their weight or cholesterol.  I just worry that these companies are trying to sell something that they cannot produce giving people false hope.  When it comes to weight, get out there and execise to boost your metabolism and cut back on portions.  Moderation and back to basics is usually always the answer.
