into_public_schools...

This is a trend I keep reading a lot about.  LIME just had an article about a school that uses it as well.   I have two children and am seriously thinking about looking into classes for them.  I think the benefits are wonderful and yoga teaches the tools necessary to help relax yourself naturally.  It would be something they could always draw on wherever they were, no props needed.
