Ethanol Stocks Slip on Oversupply Concerns

Ethanol company shares slipped Tuesday on sharply lower crude oil prices and news that a unit of privately held Cargill Inc. will build four ethanol plants, heightening concerns of a glut in the market.

I recently read an article that was concerned about the opposite happening, not enough corn being produced to supply the ethanol plants resulting in the rise of corn prices that would be passed on to the comsumer. I guess it is a double edged sword theory.
