Tendency Salad

Location: Pergola
Key Ingredients:
Turkey, lettuce, tomato, garbanzos, olives
Gmark's Take:
Living the Change

In this topsy-tervy world of ours, nothing is for certain. Now, there's a new salad that doesn't even try: the Tendency Salad. It doesn't promise much, just that it tends to be a salad, with various ingredients of your choosing.

They seem very proud of that fact, too. There's a big engraved metal sign proclaiming it to anyone who comes in the door, and the selection of ingredients is quite overwhelming.

Word of advice when choosing a salad, always order the ones that are labeled "NEW."

Afraid that the salad would not be filling enough, I also bought a bag of Dirty Potato Chips. I know what you're thinking, but not to worry. I washed them thoroughly with soap and water before eating.

Nuts would have filled you up and satisfied that need for something salty and crunchy.
