- What is QUANTUM High Speed Internet?
QUANTUM High Speed Internet is LIME's newest and most advanced internet service in Barbados providing dedicated high speed internet connectivity solutions for your home. It offers you a value-laden menu of packages and solutions that fit best with who you are, what you do, and what you need.
- I'm still on a Mega plan, does this apply to me?
Yes, the changes apply to all LIME Residential Customers. Mega customers benefit from the price changes as indicated below. All Mega customers will be upgraded to high bandwidth Quantum plans during the month of June at NO EXTRA COST.- Mega Plan customers currently at $90.48 per month will be upgraded to Quantum Surfer at $85.
- Mega Max customers currently at $90.48 per month will be upgraded to Quantum Surfer at $85
- Mega Extreme customers currently at $146.87 per month will be upgraded to Quantum Play at $95
- I'm on a ADSL LITE plan what happens to my price?
Customers on ADSL LITE will remain at the same price at this time. ADSL LITE customers benefit from the lowest priced Internet package in Barbados. - Why is LIME changing its prices at this time?
We continue to provide our customers with outstanding value and the changes reflect our continued commitment to responding to the asks of our customers. - Will the price change be prorated?
No. All prices that will appear on customers' bills will be those effective June 1st, 2013 - Will I need to sign a new contract in order to benefit from the changes?
No. Renewal of contracts are not necessary and the price reductions apply to all LIME residential internet customers. - Will I be automatically moved to the new price?
Yes, on June 1st, 2013, the changes will be seamless and customers will be moved to the new pricing. - I am a business customer will I benefit from the price reduction as well?
At this time the price reductions are for Residential customers only. We have some exciting news for out business customers in coming weeks on the conclusion of migrating all our residential customers. Please bear with us as we prepare to offer exciting news to our business Internet customers who will also receive unbeatable value for the fastest Internet in Barbados, in the coming weeks. - If I want to upgrade to another package what do I do?
You may upgrade to a higher package at any time. Visit one of our retail outlets and have one of our sales agents assist with your upgrade request.
- Is the entire island being upgraded at once or area by area?
We will be installing our fibre network in a phased approach. Please check our Service coverage section or any LIME retail store to see when fibre will be coming to your area. - When will my area be upgraded?

This is our Quantum Power plan which is available in areas where fibre has been installed. Once fibre is laid in your area you will be able to sign up or upgrade to this plan.

To upgrade your Caribbean Exams package, requires customers subscribe to the Internet plan linked to the CaribbeanExams level they desire. I have more than one child, can I give them all access?
There is no limit to the number of children who can access Caribbean Exams using the credentials provided by LIME. However, it will be more effective if separate logins are provided to each child within the home. At the moment we provide one login per Internet Account -
