What do you do with time spent waiting at airports? Deepak lists several simple activities to keep your mind and spirit active while traveling. He suggests you can exercise, look at the shops, watch a DVD on your laptop, write in your journal, listen to music, and if all else fails, go into meditation.

Give me a break - if we are dedicated to stopping destruction of the planet, why are we flying? We should be supporting public transportation, and that includes rail. Our nation's train service, Amtrak, is in bad need of funding. Our Republican government (for sale to the highest bidder) not only subsidizes airports and aviation, it actually subsidized private airlines after they began losing money after 9-11. Anybody who flies ought to publicly support President Bush and the war in Iraq.
