I have been living the same life day by day with no risks and no change. I have a wonderful gift for imagining adventure and uncertainty but never embraced it in my own life. Today I will start new plan. A plan that involves change. Thank you.

these little changes are fun and help to break-the-momentum of previous habit patterns but more importantly these little, frequent changes help to build inner enthusiasm for change. the secret is to fall in love with the unknown of what comes next and look forward to it.
