The Bluelist features the world’s best places as chosen by the travel company’s editors, writers, and travelers. They’ve even turned it into a verb: “To Bluelist something is the travel equivalent of “you should see my guy, he’s the best,’” reads the site.

The book has ‘618 Things To Do and Places To Go' for 2006-2007. It also includes lists like the best places in the world to get naked (a seawater pool in Ireland, Sauna in Finland, and Australia’s Maslin Beach to name a few), or the planet’s hippest hostels, and ‘emerging' destination cities. Launched with the book’s publication is the extensive Bluelist website which has users post their own lists.
