Omega-3 fatty acids, which are plentiful in flax seeds and fatty fish like salmon, may improve your disposition, according to a new study that found that the fatty acids seem to affect areas of the brain associated with emotion.

With you many people on anti-depressants, that is really good to know.  It would be wonderful if they found out there was a correlation relating to depression. What would all the pharmaceutical companies do then?
