According to the first systematic review of chocolate’s neurobiological effects, flavanols in cocoa increase blood flow to the brain, heightening alertness. But researchers warn that many flavanols are processed out in the journey from bean to chocolate bar.
I can't help but feel this theory has some flaws. I am a known chocolate binger and I still can't remember where I have put my keys or what I have walked into a room for. Maybe I'm eating the wrong type of chocolate. Does eating fudge out of the jar count? LIME posted this article on chocolate awhile ago. It's another reason to indulge.

Thanks, Vicki. I appreciate you trying. I'm gonna check into sweetriot.com though. I'm always interested in new high quality chocolate. Hey, you wouldn't happen to know of any healthy, natural bath products, like shaving cream, soap, and shampoo. I've tried some organic stuff, but I think it made me ill. I'm now looking into some products from Australia.
Well, thanks again.
I buy the Whole Foods citrus brand shampoo for my kids and husband. They seem to like it and it smells amazing-grapefruit is my fruit of choice.
I don't know if you are familiar with the search tool at LIME. At the top of each page there is a place for you to search any topic and see what articles have been written on LIME. I find this tool to be really useful. I would also check out a health store or Whole Foods. I know, I always refer people there. Can't help it, I just love the store and they are always so helpful.
