Meditation May Cool Hot Flashes

A small new study shows that menopausal women who participated in a stress reduction program that included meditation experienced significant relief from hot flashes as well as an improved quality of life.

As someone who is suffering extreme symptoms of perimenopause this concept is of great intrest to me.  I have just stopped all traditional medical treatment for my symptoms and am looking for any and all alternatives.  I, in fact, just read this article yesterday from another source and am going to my first yoga class this morning.  Please, wish me good health and a better sense of well being.
