Study Calls Therapeutic Value of Meditation "Unproven"

While it's not likely to do you any harm, there is also no compelling evidence that meditation has therapeutic value, says a new report from the University of Alberta.

I thought meditation was in fact very effective for our mind. hm, well I'm sure many will still continue to meditate, it does provide many of us with relief and it helps us cope with stress...
